Virginia Phillips is Client Operations Manager for an executive  leadership consulting firm. Her  professional  background also includes information technology consulting and  accounting services. Virginia is the mother to a young adult with an intellectual disability.  She has been involved with many special needs organizations throughout the past 25 years and is currently focusing on developing supported independent living options for young adults.
