Charlotte Ntreh is a senior consulting executive with expertise in performance analytics, operational effectiveness, people strategy and change leadership. Charlotte has held various global leadership roles in large and small corporations and has extensive knowledge in building and sustaining high performing organizations. Charlotte is the mother to a young adult with mild cognitive challenges. She is an active member of the special needs IDD community and is committed to promoting and supporting independence for capable adults with cognitive and intellectual delays. Charlotte is the owner and author of a web-based special needs referral service.
